- Regular members:
- • Must submit filled application form in written to the AMFI;
• Must accept the AMFI's statutes;
• Must be registered as microfinance organisation in accordance with current legislation in BiH;
• Must accept the AMFI's Code of Business Ethics;
• Must have clear organisation that is transparent and democratic;
• Must do business in accordance with the highest level of professionalism;
• Must perform independent audits;
• Microfinance organisation that is submitting membership application to the AMFI must provide evidence that there are no any ongoing proceedings that could result in losing their work licence;
• Must be ready to pay membership and annual fees to the AMFI, in line with the Assembly decisions.

• Must accept the obligation to promote the AMFI's Code of Business Ethics and best practices in microfinance sector;
• Microfinance organisation that is submitting membership application to the AMFI must provide evidence that there are no any ongoing proceedings that could result in losing their work licence;
• Must be ready to pay membership and annual fees to the AMFI, in line with the Assembly decisions.
• Must be ready to have independent audit.
