  • • Day-to-day implementation of the policy guidelines;
  • • Day-to-day coordination of activities and services;
  • • Supervised by the Board of Directors;
  • • Comprised of the staff members – minimum requirements should be an Executive Director, an Accountant and a Technical Advisor, but it can include training coordinator and financial analyst;
  • • External auditors audit the AMFI's financial statements and report directly to the Board of Directors.
