AMFI's Board of Directors consists of the following seven members, appointed at the session of the Assembly:

• Braco Erceg - Deputy Director, MCO Mikrofin - President of the Board of director
• Senad Sinanović - Director, MCO Partner - Member of the Board of director
• Željko Bogdanić - Director MCO, Sinergija plus - Member of the Board of director
• Sadina Bina - Director, MCO EKI - Member of the Board of director
• Dženita Kulovac - Finance Director MCO LOK Mikro - Member of the Board of director
• Belma Halimić - Financial Manager, MCO Mikra - Member of the Board of director
• Jure Zigo - Deputy Director, MCO Prizma - Member of the Board of director

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation of activities
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Articles and Statute of the Association
• Responsible for administration and management
• Responsible for appointment of administrative and other staff

It is recommended that the members of the Board of Directors are the general directors of the MCOs in accordance with the decision on the number of BoD members
